The links above are proof about the traffic I am getting and SEO-ability. I am making around $1 a day from adsense, which is very good.

It is using a CMS called ‘dragonfly’, which is very powerful, it has a great admin panel which any webmaster can understand.

I am willing to move the site to your server for FREE.

It is currently open to offers, but be sensible, I will not chuck away such a good site for peanuts..
It is getting a lot of links from porn sites, so if it became a porn site, it would be popular and a better market than just a teenchat site.

It is predicted as being a PR3 site as well.

I do not advertise any of my sites which get SEO traffic. I have not advertised my site at all. The links coming in are links which other people have placed.

The reason the site did not load is that the server was overloaded or the SQL was down. Having 5-6 sites with traffic like this on the server (including foxyproxy.net, my friends site), also keeps the server laggy.

Anyway, i am not desperate to sell the site.

When I read the title of this sale I was really interested, it was only a little over a month ago I was spending cash on buying up some 'Teen' related domain names for a teen based community I wanted to develop...

But the fact that this site gets its majority of its traffic from porn sites somewhat makes me cringe... As does the comment "What is wrong with getting traffic from porn sites?"

Adult traffic going to a teen site is actually kind of disturbing - And I don't really find it "Irrelevant" to this sale ..... I'd want to know this before buying or making an offer as well
