Hi Prince, I admire your enthusiasm but domain investing is a bit of a "Catch 22".

The faster the sale usually the lower the price. If you want the best price then you have to be patient. Also, the quality of the domain matters. The better the domain, the more buyers that will be interested. Which could mean a quick sale if you're lucky.

However, with any investment, patience and long-term planning is key. Any domainer that has been in the game for 10+ years will tell you that it is a long game. Whenever you become desperate for a sale or try to force a quick sale then you will lose big time in ROI. Auctions, liquidations are whole sale prices.

If you want the big sale, then you have to play the long game.

Domains are more like fishing. Find the right spot (niche), set the bait (pricing) and wait. If you're smart then you will get a bite fast. But if you want the big, rare fish it might take some time.

I wish it was that easy. It usually takes time to sell a domain. If you want to sell your domain faster than a rocket, the only thing I can think of is put it on auction and hope for the best.

If the name is good, it will sell for sure, but I'm not sure about the "lightning-fast selling" part

Be super lucky, that's basically the only way. Or resell at a massive loss to investors.

Domain names are not liquid assets, even the "liquid" ones can take a while to sell.
