Sedo offer - Previously sold domain

I got a $200 dollar offer on a domain that previously sold for $1100 and I picked it up after it dropped. What should I counter with? I don't really want to state the domain in the forum, but can in PM.

P.S. Namebio doesn't show it as sold but if you google the domain there are claims it sold for that amount.
