Haven't seen details of this published anywhere, so...
Sedo are accepting submissions for their Live Auction, to take place in Cologne, Germany on September 4th, with a Silent Auction following 7th-14th. Submission deadline is July 26th, with accepted domains published at Sedo August 4th. They say submissions will be responded to within 2 business days (now there's a novelty!).
Standard Premium Auction terms apply, eg. short, real word, no typos etc., PLUS the following:
- A domain which relates to one of the following industries: job, car, technology, financial, apartments, telecommunications, entertainment, consumer products, travel.
- A domain with the TLD: .de, .com, .net, .info.
- A domain which is parked with Sedo with high traffic.
Submissions to be made from the usual drop-down menu at the bottom of the Domain Management page (select 'Submit to Sedo Live Auction 2009').
I got this info from their Customer Support database, doing a search for 'live auction 2009'. With a submission deadline less than three weeks away, I'd have expected heavy promotion of this, but have seen none whatsoever.
