Pros,
I have launched a direct auction in Sedo.
After launching the auction I received a mail along with the link for that domain from [email protected]
Once the auction is live, I decided to reduce the Reserve Price, but WTH!!?
1. There is nothing mentioned about it (reducing reserve price) at all in FAQs.
2. I tried reaching the "Live Support" tab in "Help & Support" option:
A. It shows the timings for live chat is-
Tuesday - Sunday: No support
Monday - 9am - 5pm CET
B. As I tried today (Monday) at the mentioned timings, the Sedo Support page was showing f***ing blank!!! (Not even FAQ/ Live Support tabs).
3. I tried to call them but it was No Toll-free, a long wait and sudden disconnection.
4. I emailed them on [email protected] and got no reply.
5. I emailed them on [email protected] and got reply:
Dear Sender,
Thank you for contacting Sedo.This email address, [email protected], is only being used to process PayPal payments; if you have sent us a payment, please disregard this automated message.
5. I emailed them on [email protected] and got this error message reply:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
[email protected]
Pros,
I might have mistaken somewhere.....Or Sedo really sucks in support!?
Any suggestions or similar experiences!?
