A database server update has been scheduled for Saturday, November 2 at 5 AM, UTC. There is a window of several hours during which the upgrade may occur, with 5 AM being the earliest. Once the update commences, the forums will be inaccessible for about 1 hour.
This timeframe is tentative. If we become aware of any particularly urgent reasons to update, we may deploy the update sooner, but this is unlikely.
