Sav.com two factor down for anyone else

Today I can’t login to Sav because the two factor codes are not being sent.

Can anyone else check if they are having the same issue.

Huge security issue if we can’t contact them without logging in when there is issues like this.

Note: no account changes were made and this is the first time I have had this issue.

This could also be an issue w/ the mobile carrier ao anyone else posting if they have issues would certainly be appreciated.

It's down here in India.

This happened before... After repeated requests this was sorted out.
Now i doubt it's a temporary solution...

This is terrible experience considering it is security related and linked to all actions on our account.

Basically we are allowed to register names and we can't do anything afterwards!!

After contacting support, they switched it to emailed auth codes while they are working on a fix.

Just saw this new msg in that two-factor box in Sav...

"NOTICE: All codes are being temporarily sent to your email even if you have SMS enabled. "


I received code in email and it worked...

Been checking all day...

Looks like they have some problem with automated SMS sending.

Yes...i am getting 2fa through SMS.

Trying to change nameservers for one of domains but getting " unknown error " message...


Is it only me or all facing this issue?
