question sav.com auctions domain current renewal price?

I have seen a lot of sav.com auctions domain mention a Current Renewal price. For example, a single letter .guru domain would have a current renewal price of 205$ even though the listed renewal price for the same .guru gTLD is 23$ on sav. I tried reaching out to sav.com support with this question but they basically copied the text from sav.com help page and sent it back to me which was unhelpful. Anyone knows what's this "current renewal price" which is different than the renewal price on their pricing page?

even if I transfer it to a different registrar? the premium price is levied by the gTLD owner?
