Sav.com auction did not restart!?

My Domain Trek.xyz was listed in sav.com auction & it got 1898$ as the highest bid. There were more than 150 bids from many bidders.

But I guess the highest bidder did not pay.

So according to sav policy, within two days a new auction starts automatically.

But for trek.xyz that did not happen.

No auction started again. It is still in my dashboard. But if I try to start another auction-it says no auction for next 60 days.

This 60 days thing comes only when u listed a name in the auction but that did not get any bid. So why here for trek.xyz got numerous bids.

Sav support is worse. does anyone have any idea? please tag sav account in namepros if possible.

Don't worry your domain auction restart in other one or a day. Sav.com contact buyer for 2-3 times for payment then restart auction.
