Hi I am requesting an appraisal here

This is really not a bad GEO domain. The problem with GEO domains is that they are worth a lot to locals, but little to resellers. So, if you try to sell it on forums and auctions, I doubt you will get much more for than the reg fee. On the other hand, if you connect to San Jose hotels, I would expect the domain to be sold between $500 and $1500. Who knows, maybe even more, considering what a large and wealthy city it is.

I don't see much value in the IDN.
