The UDRP against the aged domain name Samet.com failed, after the Turkish Complainant’s claims were turned down. The Complainant is a manufacturer of furniture hardware, formed in Turkey in 1973; they operate from the domain name samet.com.tr.

Meanwhile, the domain Samet.com is being used by Dr. Michael G Samet, who registered the domain in 1996. He signed a declaration that he never heard of the Turkish company before in his life...
