Established [Sale] Pictual Forum - Almost 1000 members

For sale today is the forum seen at the above URL, Pictual Graphics & Design. The site was only created in March (in it's current state) but was the result of the purchasing of two graphics forums and creating a larger one. I never intended to stick with the website for it's lifetime, but one month is a little sooner than I'd planned on selling. I'm selling as i'm trying to reduce the number of projects I have and gain some startup fund to start an offline business.

The Pictual.com domain name, registered at Namecheap, is worth a lot in itself, a truly premium domain name in my opinion. Also included in the sale will be the domain name digitalstyles.net, the domain belonging to one of the merged sites. The other half of the merger was a forum belonging to a website, the website is up for sale so I purchased the forums seperately. It was a graphics and tutorials website which is still for sale and I can put you in touch with the seller if your interested in purchasing to put a site with the forum.

The design is not unique but is a very nice freely available template which fits the site nicely.

I'm looking to start the offers at around $250 with $20 increments, although this is some way below the BIN price. BIN offers are welcome through PM but should be no less than high $XXX.

No revenue. I'm personally barred from Google AdSense and don't see any other options for revenue. I'm sure selling text links could easily make $30 per month plus any AdSense on top of that, plenty of money to be had.

Additionally, it gets 3 or 4 new signups per day. On 28th March there were no fewer than 8 new registrations, all natural.

As you see in the original thread i'm looking to start a home business and will need money and time to invest in that, both of which can be achieved by selling the site.

Just an additional note, with one of the original websites, members were required to signup to get access to the free tutorials and skins the site offered, and therefore some registrations were to access these resources.

These custom tutorials and designs are included in the sale aswell.

All the tutorials are available to view in the tutorials category on the site. None have been submitted to tutorial sites.
