Greetings ladies and gentlemen reading this thread, I apologize in advanced for making you read this long post. It's worth it though 
I would like to announce that I'm considering selling my well developed free image hosting website if I receive an acceptable offer.
The site I'm talking about ?
http://www.imageheaven.net started in August serving people in need of 100% free image hosting with no money to pay for a webhosting account and with no wishes of seeing their images have ads or watermarks all over them.
Stats?
ImageHeaven started as a not very popular site in August, but as we hit October, we had over 3000 uniques that month. In November over 7000 and in December, unfortunately, stats stopped updating for an unknown reason (I emailed my provider, tomsyer, and asked them about the issue and they said if by pressing "Update Now" in AwStats the stats don't update then I won't be able to recover my stats, which was very unfortunate) The stats for December only measured up until the 18th. And we received in total, 4989 uniques.
The daily stats had spikes, most of the time they would be between 200-300 uniques but sometimes we had spikes to over 1000 a day. To answer to a very asked question, no I have never, ever bought traffic for any of my sites. I just advertised on forums. In fact, I never even paid for advertisement on other websites.

Script?
The script we're currently using is celerondude's latest uploading script.
At the beginning of our site we used a custom-made script and users successfuly uploaded 5930 images. The path to those images is http://imageheaven.net/files/. You're not able to see it since there's a blank index.html so people don't get to see what's inside. The way that the past script worked was that each day, it created a new folder with the current date.
Example:
If I uploaded an image the 16th of november using the old script, my image would go to http://imageheaven.net/files/16-11-2004/image.ext
We stopped using that script since we noticed it started bugging a lot and wasn't adecuate for the job anymore. We switched over to CeleronDude's latest script at the start of November and since then users have uploaded 5371 images which makes a total of 11301 images.
The current script involes creation of users, approval and disapproval (you have an option to set automatic approval), users can create folders and many other options.
With the past script, we had a total of around 240 users. And with this new script (running since November) we've had 316 users and the number raises each day.
Hosting?
We had a shared hosting account until the start of November, those days we moved to a dedicated server which caused several days of downtime and we lost a lot of traffic. However, we stabilized the traffic once again. We have no income from the site to pay for the server ATM so basicaly it's running out of our own pockets. That is the reason why we are not selling the server, we have decided to keep it for business purposes. However, you will need a dedicated server to run this site.
I don't know what to ask for the site so I'm open to offers. However, if I don't receive an offer I consider acceptable, I won't sell the site.
