I cant see much value in a lot of these

My advice would be to narrow it down to your top 5 to 10 names and focus on selling those

All your profits will be swallowed up in renewal fees

What do you think about trying to sell the roofingdomains.com and all of the domains on the site as a total package??

That wont work mate, who would want 100 roofing domains with all those renewal fees, if they were a mixture of different niches and stronger names, then your chances would be a lot better

I havent seen many roofing domains in all the years I have been on here

Thanks for the reply. I started up a forum for roofing
" roofers club .com" brand new....so it doesn't have a lot of members...FYI
but, lets pretend it does get a lot of members/contractors over the next year...
Maybe I should just keep the names and have an area on the site that sells them?

You need to think strategically...
Many of these names are not interesting for a roofer.
(Think like a roofer, not a domainer.)

Many would do well as directories & lead generation sites.
That could be a good thing to pour time & efforts into.

A few would be good for selling straight to a roofing company.
But, they are not likely to go looking for domains.
You would want to sell them proactively.
