Overview:
This is a roughly 6 year old website with a lot of potential which is currently dwindling and in need of revival. The website has an archive dating back to January 2007 with over 1100 hand written articles written by a team of volunteer staff. Currently PR 3.
Technical:
The website runs on wordpress using a customised version of the Eris theme by Well Themes.
Benefits / Perks
This isn't just another wordpress website, this type of website allows you to grow connections in the music industry and do things you wouldn't normally be able to do. This include photo credentials to big shows and the chance to interview big bands.
Monetization / Advertising
The site used to run Adwords but didn't make a significant amount. In the past 6 months we've had 3 people get in touch about private advertising on the site. These include bluebanana.com who we did a deal with to give away a £100 voucher on facebook in exchange for advertising. Me--dia.net have also been in touch asking for advertising as well as filth--yfox clothing co. I didn't want to make a deal with the latter two as I was wanting to sell the site.

A facebook page with 931 likes.
A twitter profile with 1054 followers.
Team of 8 volunteer staff writers + facebook group to communicate with them.
Traffic
The stats since I took over the website in January this year can be found here. If you require older stats I can ask the previous owner.
Please note: these stats are based on an average of about 1-2 posts a day up until May then about 2-4 posts a week until august. You can view the website to check the post frequency. An owner with consistent regular posting and good management of the volunteer staff could break the 10k/month mark.
Domain:
Domain is registered with Godaddy and expires on 8/23/2015.
Reason for selling
Joining the Navy and have no time to run it.

I know this is a .co.uk and a most people on here are from the US or would like .com but I believe the .com is still available and it could easily be branched out. The website could easily be ran from the US with the .co.uk.
This is a serious established site with strong industry contacts. This year alone we got press credentials to the infamous Download Festival as well as Slam Dunk Festival and many photo credentials to lots of bands as well as doing interviews with the likes of Bullet For My Valentine and Train. I would rather sell to someone who would build and utilize it correctly.
Price: Will consider all serious offers. $400 min. Please PM.
