With the growing UFO sightings, it could be any of them :alien2:
China secured Pluto (well they flew by and now thinks they own it?). They must have some ties.

If that is what 9595 is selling for, I can only imagine 9999, 8888, or even 5555 :) Doesn't look like the domain king owns any of those, though.

Would be real interesting to see the whole conversation between the buyer and Schwartz.

Has he ever published something like that?

Cmon guys that is a killer number in this classic song

"In The Year 9595, I'm kinda wonderin if man is gonna be alive,
He's taken everything this old Earth can give"

Anyone want to be on whether domaining will be alive in 9595 ????

Breathing may be unnecessary in 9595, let alone owning a domain.

That is a great song but I don't think man will be around in 2525 let alone 9595.
In just the past 150yrs man has already just about taken everything this old Earth can give :(

Congrats to Rick for another awesome sale!

Rick Schwartz a/k/a the Domain King has done it again setting yet another domain name sales record selling the domain name 9595.com for $180,000.

This is the highest reported four number (NNNN.com) domain sale of all time and only the 5th reported NNNN.com domain to sell in the six figures.

This looks like PR and no real sale near that amount, but if he did it, great for the ancient one.

So let's see who the new owner is and what they do with it that they gave RS almost 200K for a minor number.

Sometimes the press releases are just hype, pump up a nice number to get people buzzing, that is my opinion on it, but hey it's the self proclaimed domain king, candy.com and property.com, so he has had some nice sales, but 180K for this url, I don't believe it. We'll see how it develops and the use for it and then maybe that explains why.

Hey, is there a hot book that got a greenlight in Hollywood for 9595?

That's the only use I could see to explain it, and Hwood is known to just use TitleMovie .com instead of Title.com

Congrats on the sale. man must need that with his millions in renewals alone. Probably brake even this year on an honestly business overhead and expenses to actual bottom dollar brought in this year.
