Mr.Rick I would handreg (hurrickane.com) and try sell it to you at least for 100K usd, but not sure if it would turn to be profitable investment.
P.s. I see he have many with (e) letter domains, I have similar as his, only with better words.

Congrats to Rick. Great sale! Proof you'll never get a $million sale unless you ask for it.

Say what you want about the man, but he's an inspiration when it comes to domain names. He knows how to hold a domain name. Of course, not all of us are millionaires, who have the cushions to hold names for 10 years and turn down high offers, but we could learn a thing or two.

This just amazing two word domain and more than 1Million just magic

The singular form sold for $28.6k in 2018 per namebio, which was arguably the better name. Strange, but if he did pull this off congrats.

The plural is better.

Damage is people searching regarding damage to their (or others) house.

Damages is people searching for legal compensation.

Hurricane damages is incorrect the singular is the best ,chances are its a 5k a month lease with a BS buy now offer thats never gonna happen ,this shows even if you have the so called ps in your portfolio you will eventually sell one of them.

HurricaneDamage was sold for 28.6k in 2018. The site looks developed. I wonder what the plan will be for the plural. I feel like 1.2m would have bought a lot of PPC traffic to a brandable domain.

The sale of HurricaneDamages.com for $1.225 Million cemented the fact that Godaddy Valuations are a PURE BULL CRAP and should not be given too much weightage when making a deal.

A lot of domainers would have sold HurricaneDamages.com for $10K-$20K.
A newbie with this name would be told either 'reg fee' or flip for a few hundred and move onto something better

I bought a name last week that GD showed was worth $2k.

When you clicked the comparable sales on GD, the exact name had sold before for over $4k.

And the niche the name is in is hotter now.

If they can't figure out what a name is worth when they have exact previous sales data then they have zero hope when using "comparable" comps.

There is another one on there right now they "value" at $2k and it's already over $4k at wholesale bidding.

Experienced MANY instances of this. It's just not an accurate tool. My domain Digital Art is valued at $18932. I would stand to lose about 7 figures following their guidance (based on offers already received and professional valuations by brokers).
