Research of a dispute-like domain. NEED your ADVICE.

Some days before, I got one .COM domain from NJ. It’s good to be a industry or product or services name. And I did some research these days.
1.gTLD like .NET,.ORG,.INFO,.BIZ version were registered by someone in one day. All domains ware years aged. And all the domains forwarded to another .DE site. The site have several pages like home, contact ,price list,disclaimer, upload page. Let’s call him A.
2.Some ccTLD were registered by different people all over the world. Let’s call them B.
3.The dash version, KEY-KEY.COM and .NET, were also be registered by same company. Let’s call him C.

All the domains are active and in the same industry. And A register the name as a CTM trademark in Europe. B and C didn’t do that.

SO, how to sell my .COM version to one of them without lawsuits or arbitration ?

Depends on the domain but if it's a generic domain in that industry there could be no problem at all.
