Request: Some code for sending email with attachments

Can anyone quickly made a code for me that puts a form on my website asking for the following:
Name
E-mail
Message
Attachments

The user has an option of attaching a document from his computer (or more than one). All option must be validated except the attachments. If done, I will donate some NP.

Do you mind using a formmail script. Sends email with optional attachments and more (no html email -- only text).

Hehe, thanks, but that's a bit too high tech for me =\ Plus, I want to integrate it into my own template. I'm just asking for subject, email, message, and attachment(s).

doeas it have to have attachments? if not just say and i can make you a script for a small amout of np$

That is cool. It can be very simple to use though. There are people using it inside a Mambo wrapper. If you show me your form I will look at it for you. The hard part is building the multi-part mime required for attachments.
