Most reported threads are dealt with in minutes! Reporting works. We can't read every thread.

Great Suggestion and well worth the "Bump" here -

Posting and or Quoting a spammer or "Bad Post" tends to Waste more time for the moderation Crew here

Not to mention - If you quote a spammers links , And for some reason we're not online to delete it ... You've just gave them more exposure for the Bots to possibly crawl.
