As a big fan of the Undeveloped people and platform, I am very pleased to report my first sale on that platform (36th sale overall domain sale since I started domain investing). A nice start to 2019!

• name: paradox//fun (i.e. fun ngTLD)
• price: $160
• type: inbound, negotiated price through counter offers via Undeveloped
• acquisition: hand-reg in Sept 2018 (about 4 months hold time, less than 2 months listed on Undeveloped -- DNS pointed there); it is a standard renewal domain, although I did not need to renew it.
• re price: domain had $248 BIN set. Went through offer/counter/counter sequence to get to final price over a day or so. Maybe could have held out for more, but the name is unique with limited pool of potential buyers and kept that in mind as I decided what to counter with and accept.

It is my first .fun extension sale (I have a few others I like ).

As many have said, the Undeveloped transaction process is A++ and their landers are fantastic (I have funds in my PP account less than 36 hr after started negotiation). Have a great day everyone!

PS for this name, as with most names I have on Undeveloped, I had an extensive description that included information on name characteristics, possible applications, search characteristics, automated worth estimates, comparator sales, etc. I have no idea if any of this mattered to the buyer.

Sold for $112 via Outbound... low price because I had not had a sail since early Dec and was getting desperate. Buyer said he buys these kinds of domains for typically $100 and said the price was too high ($275). And I had bad experiences in Nov and Dec with $100 offers that I tried to counter for $350 to $500 where the buyer says no, then no longer accepts their $100 offer. So I took the risk to counter for $112 and they accepted. I think he could've gone for $150, but yeah.. better to get $112 for $1 than $0 for $1.
Finished the deal via Undeveloped's import lead.

I had gone on a reggae spree in Dec, so this domain was bought back in the second week of Dec, but I only got around to outbounding it yesterday. And it sold yesterday.

I'm so thankful for NP for teaching me GEO! I had tried it in 2016, but didn't outbound :/ because there was a stigma about outbounding. I do think outbounding GEO is kinda rude... but I need the money.. so no choice .

Anyway, I didn't understand fully the nuances of outbounding GEO until eckkyy taught me the tools u need and the formula. Also, I owe all those dogggg dayzzcare sails to Rohit... I went through his for sale list and saw it. So I experimented and was surprised at the sails!
