In case of renting domain on Dan, can the domain owner be able to stop renting the domain after 6 months or an year or only the rentee can decide and stop it after started using / renting it?

As I understand it, no

7.6 In case of a Rental Agreement [or Lease to Own Agreement], Rentor is further prohibited to sell or rent the domain name to any Third Party...

Only if Rentee is at fault, Rentor can terminate the Rental agreement:

7.7 If the Transferee fails and/or neglects to fulfil its obligations as per the respective agreement, the Provider may terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

Although I don't understand if Rentor can put a termination date to the Rental agreement.
A Rental agreement with no indication of a termination date would mean Rentee can use - at this discretion - the domain at the set rent rate, forever, as long as he behaves.
