Good to see that GoDaddy is now supporting the retention of the Losing FOA safeguard:

for domain name transfers. That issue may be decided on today's ICANN Transfer Policy working group call.

On today's call (not a final consensus call, so stay vigilant), most of the ICANN Transfer Policy working group was in favour of retaining the Losing FOA safeguard.
