Hey,

if a registrar does not provide "parking" as a service ... am i forced to host a site for my domain name(s) and have the registrar forward my names to that url ?

I think i know the answer but any other thoughts?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Which Registrar does not provide for "parking" ... but, yes, the URL Forwarding would work fine.
You'd still be residing on the Registrar's nameservers, though. :o
Hope that helps.

You can park your domains on most exchanges by just changing the DNS servers on your domain. For example, you change your DNS servers to ns1.afternic.com and ns2.afternic.com to park on Afternic.

I strongly advise having a "for sale" parked page. Buyers - like the rest of us - are lazy. If it doesn't look easy to purchase, most won't bother.

We exchanges all want sellers to park their domains with us. Whoever gets the parked domain probably gets the sale.

You could also use mydomain.com to forward if there is now options with onlinenic., You could forward to ppc landing possibly.
