question Received mail about one of my Domain and ask Domain Certification

HI,

I got an email from a hosting company about one of my domain and there is buyer willing to buy my domain.

Email details :
I'm a broker of your buyer (businessman and online business investor).

Do you have a certificate? It's required by his bank.

The final sale price will depend on the certificate. It must have a copy in Korean too.

If you don't have the certificate it's not a problem. You can order it online.

Please note he cannot accept it from any agency. He needs a manual service. It also must be a third party independent agency (not your broker our auction site) and must be accepted by his bank.

The above message I received in mail.
Below are my questions:

1. What is the certification
2. Whether I need to take that and where?
3. Is this mail trust worthy?

domain appraisal scam. Quite a lot has been written about it on this forum

This mail is not trustworthy. It's an appraisal scam. They'll recommend a "company" where you can get the appraisal and they (broker/buyer and appraisal company) vanish once you've paid for the service.
