I get offers daily on my real word and exact match domains. This is what people want.
The made up words, the misspelled ones, these are second choices.
Every domain has a value, but don't fool yourself into thinking a company would rather have some random made up or misspelled word as its name, versus something that correlates to what it is doing or selling.
Brandable, sure. But they'd rather brand something real than something oddball, unless they have no budget in which case they'd rather just pick up a $20. domain and will not pay top dollar anyway.
Ocean front real estate still rules.
