advice Real one word with O at the end (.com)

How are real one word domain ending with O (.com) doing? any significant sales? any thoughts on how brand-able are they?

So you mean Italian words or "words" made up by adding -o to real words?
Italian words are pretty cool, I like the sound of this language.
As for the latter, well, it all depends on a word, doesn't it?
E.g. (IMO) bikeo is a pass, but mortgageo is a big no.
In general I wouldn't invest in such domains, if that's what you're really asking.
