I think the one here would be "rate hotels" or "rated hotels". Plus, top rank hotels is a chain ...I don't know if they have a trademark. Regardless, hope I'm wrong about it and that you get a bid

Yes, it's not the bad one, but it's very specific. Can sit for a long time on a shelf, until the right customer reached.
I have one similar myself - HostelReview dot com, also ''in the storage'' (on sale, but I am ready for this to be a looong story).
