You do it like this (expecially in appraisals) if you do NOT want that the thread is searchable by potential buyer through the domain name.

Dont know what Alpina really means but there was a sale at sedo the other day for muzik.biz for 1500$, so i think you have received a bit less as musik isnt adictionary word or a true english word and the extension too was weak. But anyways, congratulations!
