Yes, you'll need to fill in all of the WhoIs information for the receiving party ... in particular, though, their GoDaddy E-mail address linked to their GoDaddy account! :gl:
In the past, I have read a quote straight from the C.S. folks at GoDaddy that one can enter ANY information temporarily (and for reasons simply for the "push" alone) for the receiving party Whois as long as it's promptly updated upon receipt by the receivor, IMHO. The GoDaddy E-mail address is the key, that cannot be "streamlined" in this type of manner.
May wish to check with GoDaddy directly ... and that information may be outdated.
Generally speaking, and IMHO, GoDaddy's "easy push" system is awful(ly) cumbersome compared with Enom's, NameCheap's, RegisterFly's, and even Dotster's, in my view.
All the best!

With GD you have to get all the contact info for the registrant. All of the above plus the email, and optionally the company name and fax number.
