Question about high Alexa

So if there's a random domain with jumbled letters and numbers - ex: xjsksj283.com and it has an amazing Alexa rank ~50k, is it a bot scripted domain? I mean the website was getting tens of thousands of views a day so is this legit traffic? Is there any value in something like this?
