Usually if you half the appraisal given by GoDaddy you will get an approx of the realistic sale value

I will develop it, building some kind of directory website, so I could make backlinks to my Mexico website and maybe sell ad space. But if I get offer, maybe I sell it.
So, the appraisal is the same as my own - $500
Well, if I see I get income from it I keep it, I think I oculd get more than 500 developing it.
Anyway, if I get offer before I build the website I think I sell it...

500 is good money for handreg but I think I could make more money sellign banner space and sponsored posts + adsense.
