Free Whois privacy not included anymore for years as far as I remember, but if you're from European your Whois privacy will automatically masked (GDPR regulation) as far as I know.

BTW Domain.com and their sisters company also on promotion at this moment, they will masked your Whois privacy as standard of GDPR regulation even if we're not from European as far as I know. I have some .COMs there.
