PSD Downloads Site, Would Sell be Illegal?

I have a PSD site.

Would a sell of this site be illegal? I'm asking this because the pictures aren't property of PSD-Central but they do provide a nice render for sports fans to make there graphics without having to cutout there backgrounds since we already have it done.

The PSD's are down at the moment.
