The triple "r" is very awkward and the term doesn't make sense.

Are you going for some sort of "cat" themed name?

It's semi brandable and unique but I can't imagine many endusers jumping on it.

It's the type of domain you would register only if "you" have plans to develop it.
With that said, I would value it at low $xx as-is.
Developed, could be worth much more.

I think "Prrrtastic" is brandable. Unfortunately I'm a beginner in this area and don't have much needed experience to develop it enough.

I saw all sorts of strange domain names that people buy, and I thought this too will "pass".

Beginner's mistake I guess.

I think the issue here is when you initially requested the domain, you should have explained your idea for it. Unfortunately I see this domain, standalone, $0.

Develop it for sure.
