advice Prospect is interested! My next move?

I have been doing email marketing for my domains, I just found out, one of my prospects is opening the email repeatedly since long. I followed up 5 days ago, I didn't hear back from him.

What do I do to make him interested & respond to my email, what should be the follow up email content?

don't do else

just because they opened the box, doesn't mean they want to play with what's inside.

move on to the next and forget about it

if they are really interested, they will reply
