OK, this name would have to sold to a medical practice? Specifically a surgical practice? Now think of it from a brand and end user point of view - would you call you surgical practice professional surgery - what kind of surgery, it very general in a very specific space - drs. are all specialists - general brands work better on the primary physician level.

Also - as Biggie was trying to point out: calling a medical practice, particularly surgical, "professional" kind of feels like calling your used car sales business - HonestDealer... hope that made sense.
