scandi, you got me. I am actually waiting on an appraisal. Not even one person has said "hey showbiz, what are you smoking, maybe 50 cents" to me. So I am open for offers at this point.

I think it is worth a bit, but not sure how much. It would be nice if some people would post thoughts.
