Currently for sale is a Australia blog host with built in Flash Arcade, Forum, Ecards and horoscopes.

It is for sale as I am in need for cash to go overseas for personal reasons, so it is a regretful sale for me. This sale will include everything currently on www.livehouse.com.au as well as the webhost (which is paid until December 2006). The domain name still has another year to go before renewal and has a well known name in Sydney.
Costs:
Currently, the website is running on a webhost which cost $19.95AUD/month, there are no advertising cost to this website as all traffic comes from Google (Website has been SEOed so its getting a nice amount of traffic there). Other than the server cost there pretty much isn't anything else.
Script:
The website is running of a Bloghoster hosting script which is integrated with Vanilla forums, and PHP flash arcade as well as a tufat.com's flash ecard system. There is also a Built in online chat system by "alitalk" which has also been integrated. You can test them out here:

Stats:
as the website is pretty big, I had to seperate it into different sub domains, and each subdomain has their own stats. Busiest is the blog website and the flash arcades

I do not pay a cent in advertising, due to the high page rank of the website, it gets traffic from search engines, for example "free blogs" will bring up livehouse.com.au within australia
Revenue:
As I have not used anything other than "CPM" ads, the revenue is not high, however it is getting approximately $30-$35USD/month. This comes from CPM ads (which are from Value Click Media, ie fastclick) and from Paid bloghosting users (each user pays $3.95AUD/month).
On the website, there is also a intelligent text ad system called "Kontera Click" at kontera.com, as well as adbrite which was added only last week for added revenue.
