The site sat idle for roughly 2 months as I didn't have time to create new articles or promote the site. I've been actively promoting and building more relevant back links in the last week and traffic has increased along with earnings.
You will be the sole owner of this content. It will NOT be resold, redistributed or reused.

The software powering the site is the ever famous Wordpress. Its free, and simple to use. Also included in the sale are a few commercial wordpress addons: Max Banner Ads PRO (http://www.maxblogpress.com/plugins/mba/) And Faq-Tastic (http://knowledgeconstructs.com/wordpress-plugins/faq-tastic/)
There are numerous other plugins installed as well that all are free.
SEO:
The search engine optimization on the site is complete! The only thing the new owner would have to do is: 1. Keep building relevant back links and 2. Keep fresh unique content on the site.
The site, ranks on page one for the term "seo tips" which drives most of the traffic. It also ranks for other terms, and is slowly getting more and more SE traffic as I continue to build content and links over the last couple of weeks.
Stats:
Analytics installed. It was accidentally left off the site when it switched to the more SEO friendly theme but was reinstalled today. I'll gladly allow access to Google Analytics reports for the domain simply send me your Google Analytics email

The blog currently makes its income via Google adsense and HostGator Affiliates. There are a few affiliate marketing product articles in a category, but they haven't resulted in any sales due to lack of promotion.
The blog earns almost $2 per click regularly. The only problem is it, only gets 1-2 clicks on good days.
