PR2 Image Hosting Site for Sale - Minimum Bid and BIN reduced

I have a new Image Hosting Site with a lot of features. It even includes a transload feature to load image files from another image location. It is a complete maintainance free and fast image hosting. It also has a Image Reporting feature. Here is the list of all the features:-

This site has a great potential to succeed with only the domain name. I was looking to make this into a photo selling site like fotolia but don't have the patience to develop my own script or enough funds to get it made. If you want to buy this site, I will provide you with a list of scripts that you can implement on this site, both free and paid. I really don't want to sell it but want to fund a personal project on RAC (rentacoder.com) for my upcoming Audio Book Store Site Affiliate network. I will place a reasonable BIN at the end even though it won't pay off for the whole project but as long as anything helps..I'll let it come through. JPEGKEG.COM currently averages a good number of visitors. Earnings are mostly from Adsense clicks and Adsense was placed on site on 18th November and has got 187 page impressions till date. I haven't advertized this site much but have made around $1 in the last 1 week only through Adsense. I have attached everything in the zip file. The traffic is expected to be around 400
I have placed a statcounter.com code couple of weeks ago at the bottom of the site. You can view the monthly details here:

Ok now how much do you think this site is worth? It depends on what you wanna do with it. It also receives a good number of hits without any advertizing. Only a link is placed on imagecrate.com This site attracts traffic mostly through its great domain name!! And now a surprise for those of you who have read this far. The Buyer of this site will get:-
