I have decided to take the biggest break from webmastering that I ever have. I need to get a job, a new girlfriend (
), and I want to explore my city. I also need some money for this so I have decided to sell what I have:

I was actually planning on turning this into a site for hacks and tweaks for various things but I haven't had time to develop it. When you buy it, you get the domain and you get the XHTML coded template for free.
Assume no traffic because I never started on this project.
I have a BIN of this for $150 OBO and a starting bid of $40 for it. I got my domain itself appraised at Namepros.com for low-mid $xxx (Proof Here)
