Pools123 Houston LLC is the registrant of the service mark POOLS123 on the Principal Register of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), registration number 6117335, registration dated August 4, 2020. Meanwhile, the domain name Pools123texas.com was registered in 2023. Pools123 filed a UDRP to get the domain, believing that their mark’s registration being senior to the domain would grant its transfer at the WIPO.
