Had a little read, interesting. I don't know anything about this in India, but if its a "big" thing happening to do with Pod Taxi's, and you aren't infringing on a company trademark...maybe its something. Best thing to do would be to contact the government department involved in this development, and offer it...but again, be wary if there's a trademark or something unexpected
