There are many alternatives out there which are arguably equally as "not perfect" as yours, ie casinosa, casinosb, acasinos, bcasinos, etc (you get the idea). This can bring down the price, in that your domain name's uniqueness is not sought after and/or has many alternatives.

I'd imagine you'd sell this to another domainer/investor, and perhaps not a serious end user with deep pockets (ie people who own casinos) who can buy something better. But maybe one of them likes it and wants to add it to their collection for $xxx or low $xxxx.

Value is very hard to say really. Good luck.

BrandBucket would probably price it close to Sedo or a little bit higher but I don't think it's a bad price at all. It's really a great price for a hand registration.

And we all know appraisals are like nothing.
Now, unless there is a casino out there called y?
Domain really only worth at best reg fee.
