The speed is great. I don't see why you need a dedicated server for a mostly text website though.

You may want to look into using CSS to decrease load times even more.

I would also change your banner. It is too small and bland. If you want visitors to better remember your website, a banner that stands out and shows the theme of the website helps.

I agree, the banner is too small and plain. Maybe you should also consider changing the text color of the menu as green color text on a green background doesn't look good.

I like the layout. I don't like the color scheme.

The layout is simple and neat but i find it difficult to read. Change your texts into another color..

If the layout is made up of only 1 type of color , it will look kind of dull and boring to me

I would say make it look more colorful. Also I think the green is to bright. If I was sleepy the site would hurt my eyes.
