If I had to keep one it could be 123realestate. But I wouldn't qualify it premium though.
newps4 is probably TM, like appleipadapps or applegeek.
I hope these domains were registered with a development plan in mind. Good luck.

These are perfect domains to place on ebay and pray you break even. Sorry but if you want to know what good domains are still out there I suggest to stay here for the next few months and read, read, read.

it is so pathetic to see the domainers like you doing awful mistakes though it is my mistake to say you "domainer" as you are going out of track.
All of domains are junk which do not have even junk value.
You need to learn a lot starting from abc.
there are 4 types of domain good, better, best and junk.
Good, better, best all makes money. Even Junk can have few bucks in golden days but it is very flammable to ride on junks.
Just try to have one or two good domains and hold them for few years and enjoy the boon. Now either you get the names through your mind or buy them from secondary market but just focus to one or two good domains instead up making a pile of craps.

I like "CheapTextbooksForCollege.com" - I think low xx for that one. Most of the rest are reg fee or $0 imo. There are some other OK ones, but the good ones are all $0 because of copyright stuff etc. All the Applie - xbox, ps4 etc. All $0.

These domains are worth about $450 or $4500 in renewal fees depending on how long do you want to keep them, from 1 to 10 years more.

Thanks everyone so far for the feedback. As is apparent, I don't know much about the domain game and spamclinic you're right, I wouldn't consider myself a domainer by any stretch. I've listed these on sedo but will probably list on eBay also and hope to break even.

Thought of trying out the auction on flippa for a couple of them, would it even be worth it in your opinion?

No, Flippa auctions cost money to make money. Those domains will, in all fairness, not make money, so by listing on Flippa you'll just waste more money.

And, an advice that I've taken as a rule of thumb sort of thing. When registering .net or any gTLD other than .com always look at .com site first. If .com site is parked for a while and going nowhere than there is absolutely no chance that .net/other will go somewhere (at least not in foreseeable future).

I'd recommend to try and save CheapTextBooksForCollege.com, as someone above me said there might be some value in it.
AAAaaaaaaaaaaand one of the *giftideas.com sites. Personally, I'd go with NeatGiftIdeas and develop it into some sort of a review blog, try to get some traffic, and monetize it via advertisement.

As for the rest... Its 8AM here and I haven't had my coffee yet.

Thanks sephirotica, you just saved me some more money... Also I'm assuming estibot isn't a well regarded appraisal service?

These names are not good enough for the high priests of the domaining religion, or their followers, who think that priests are gods. But real business people use non-glamorous names like these to make money every day.

bestmoneymarketrates gets ~5,500 global exact phrase searches, at CPC (cost per click) of ~$13.38.
If .com, it could be $xx,xxx, as a .net it may be high $xxx.

bestorganicshampoos gets ~325 global exacts at CPC of ~$1.39.
It may sell for low to mid $xxx, or build an Amazon affiliate site for monthly income.

cheap-autoinsurancequotes gets ~4,500 global exacts @ CPC of ~$41.01!
Without the hyphen, maybe $xx,xxx. With hyphen, maybe mid $xxx. Or develop it for selling leads.

cheaptextbooksforcollege gets ~ 1,100 global exacts @ ~$1 per click.
May be sell for mid $xxx, or develop and get residual income.

findingarealestateagent gets ~400 global exacts at ~$3.27 CPC.
Sell for mid $xxx, or develop and sell leads for monthly income.

toponlinedegreeprograms gets ~400 global exacts @ CPC of ~$34.49!
Sell for $x,xxx, or develop and sell leads to colleges.
The comparable onlinedegreeprograms.net sold for $8,500, and onlinedegreeprogram.org sold for $4,000.

liabilityonlyinsurance gets ~325 global exacts @ a CPC of ~$37.08!
The same words, shuffled - liabilityinsuranceonly.com is asking price $5k at BuyDomains.com.
The longer liabilityonlyautoinsurance.com is the same price at the same place.
Your name is phrased better than those, you could get low to mid $x,xxx.

understandinglifeinsurance gets ~400 global exacts @ ~$34.12 per click!
It could bring $x,xxx or more. Or develop it and sell leads for residual income.

So, yeah, some of your names are not keepers.
But, you have found some available names with HUGE CPC. And, leads usually cost much more than clicks.
Cost Per Click is what search engines commonly charge for advertising to the searchers of their respective key words.
So, CPC is our best measure of the demand for information / products / services related to those key words.
You clearly understand business, you'll do just fine.

Exactly, because they don't want to pay more than regfee so they have to settle on some yet unregistered domain (stuff that nobody wanted).
On the other hand, if they have a budget they will want to buy better domains.

Any domain can be developed and monetized. But we are only appraising the raw domains.

domainbizdev - thanks for doing the research and giving me some hope! The reason I bought most of these was because of the search volume + CPC. Had the intent of building out, but got a little carried away with buying domains and was hoping to sell a few to fund the building of some of the others to start generating a monthly residual...

In your opinion whats the best way to sell some of the higher value ones, or should I just leave them up on sedo and see what happens?

I get how this works, thanks.
The comparable onlinedegreeprograms.net sold for $8,500, and onlinedegreeprogram.org sold for $4,000.
The same words, shuffled - liabilityinsuranceonly.com is asking price $5k at BuyDomains.com.
The longer liabilityonlyautoinsurance.com is the same price at the same place.
Real world data, my friend. You may disagree with me (you always seem to) but facts are hard to argue with.

Can you clarify?
Are you saying that Exact Match Domains are over?
Or that brandable (made up) names are over?
The truth is, they both have their uses.

Many domainers are sounding the alarm that EMD is over.
All that's over is making a quick / sloppy site with thin or useless info and still ranking from the domain.
If your site is highly useful for humans, with solid info and links, EMD can still help.
