Actually not too bad. TOP could be the brand and then green energy explains everything. "Green energy" gets a lot of monthly searches so you've got the hybrid going there in terms of SEO. Difficult to say what worth could be as a brand. Depends on end-user. Are you building out or selling?

one would be asking "top green energy, what? company, service, etc

imo...

TOP equates to "the best". So you already have a self-explanatory name, whether it is meant business or science-wise. It could be referring to the quality of solar panels being sold or simply to the company trademark. "Top" is a very generic term but still resonates with people, no matter what the niche.
