Decided to try a couple of domains in the growing gluten-free health food niche:

sweetpotatonoodles.com
sweetpotatoflour.com
sweetpotatopasta.com


I see the flour is selling on Amazon for $10-$15 per pound. Figured the noodles/pasta couldn't be far behind.

What do you think?

I thought this was a pretty good nich("sweet potato flour" has almost two million googs), but it looks like I'm the only one who thought so. I'd appreciate your thoughts on why this isn't a good choice. Sometimes those reasons are very helpful.
