Please appraise Plannings.net and on which site .net auctions are most successful ?

I feel like I see alot of .net sold on sedo and godaddy. as far as appraisal it's hard for me because I don't like the way the Plannings (plural) sounds.. so here's my mathematical solution.

(Based on valuate.com) if you say Planning sold for $2500 and they have a $17,000 appraisal on it.

We'll say it sold for 15% of what they appraise it for.. $17,000x15% = $2,550..

So using that same math, PlanningS appraises at $490, so $490x15%=$73.50

So to an end user (As it looks like planning was sold to an end user) it's worth mid $XX, so to a reseller $X to low $XX
